Kilimanjaro isn’t a technical climb on any route, making it achievable for most reasonably fit travelers. Once on the mountain, our KINAPA licensed mountain guides adjust pace and rest stops to give every climber the best chance of summiting.

All national park and conservation fees, airport transfers, a private 4×4 safari vehicle throughout, a certified and licensed Misele guide, accommodations, and all meals while on tour. International flights, visas, travel insurance, and gratuities are not included. We'll send an exact breakdown once we know your itinerary, dates and group size.

There's no wrong season, only different ones. Dry season (June–October) offers the most concentrated game viewing and the northward migration river crossings. Green season (March–May) and shoulder season (November-February) means fewer crowds, lower prices, and dramatic scenery, plus calving season in January and February.

Yes, this is one of our most common trip patterns. Many travelers climb Kilimanjaro first, then join a northern circuit safari, then finish with a few days in Zanzibar. We can sequence all three into a single seamless itinerary.

Our safaris are private — your vehicle and guide are exclusively yours (or your travel party's), not shared with strangers. Group size simply changes the per-person cost, not who you're riding with.

Most travelers need a visa, available on arrival or in advance online (around $50 USD, depending on your nationality). Yellow fever vaccination is required if arriving from certain countries; we recommend consulting a travel clinic about malaria prophylaxis and routine vaccinations well before departure.

We understand plans change. Cancellation terms depend on how far in advance you notify us and which lodges/camps are booked, since some suppliers hold their own policies. We'll always explain the specific terms clearly before you book.
